Zingerman’s #48 Binny’s Brooklyn Reuben
Zingerman’s pastrami (instead of the classic corned beef), real Switzerland Swiss cheese, sauerkraut & Russian dressing on grilled pumpernickel bread.

The finished result - probably could have kept them in the oven a bit longer. (we baked them, not fried!)
Filo pastry filled with carrot, baby spinach, onion, corn, mushroom, red capsicum, garlic and vegan sausage. Served with sweet chili sauce.
The Vegan sausage is a particularly nice one - I am not sure what brand it is, we bought is from an Asian Grocery shop.
They were actually way yummier then I expected! It was my first attempt ever at spring rolls so really pleased. Even the omnivore loved them! ;)
